By teenager Harry Pritchard's own admission, he's a dork.  At school he's bullied, at home he's weighed down by the chores he's set by his mum.  When she volunteers him to visit Simon, a patient of hers, it seems like the final straw.  She says it'll do him good, but how can it help end the bullying?  Or get him a part in the Drama Club play?  Or win the attentions of Louise Harding, the girl of his dreams?  After meeting Simon, though, Harry's life undergoes some dramatic - and traumatic - changes!
