Day after day, Izzy Daniels heads to his father's gym and into the ring.  He hopes that someday he'll be a boxing champion, just like his dad.  But everything changes when Izzy sees his neighbour Mary and her team performing at a Double Dutch competition.  They look like they're having so much fun!  Why doesn't he feel like that in the ring?  At first Izzy ignores the thoughts in his head.  Then, one of Mary's team quits right before the Double Dutch championships.  Will Izzy follow his heart?
