Standard delivery options (approx 5 working days)

Small orders, up to £9.99 in value, will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class post and delivery will cost £2.99.

Standard orders, between £10 and £49.99 in value, will be dispatched by DHL courier and will cost £4.99.

Large orders, with a value over £50, qualify for free standard delivery via DHL couriers.

Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery, especially in busy periods such as October to December.

Next day delivery options (excluding Saturday delivery)

For small orders, up to £9.99 in value, you can choose next day delivery for £6.99.

For larger orders, with a value of £10 or over, you can choose next day delivery for £9.99.

For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm and the next day postage option chosen at checkout to guarantee next day delivery. If this option is chosen on a Friday, the parcel is guaranteed for Monday not Saturday, although it is possible that it will arrive on Saturday.

Next day SATURDAY delivery options

For small orders, up to £9.99 in value, you can choose next day - Saturday delivery for £8.99.

For larger orders, with a value of £10 or over, you can choose next day - Saturday delivery for £11.99.

For next day Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday and the next day Saturday postage option chosen at checkout to guarantee Saturday delivery.

Addresses outside the UK will incur additional postal charges. Please contact us before placing your order and we will advise you of costs to your country.

All our items are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return to us in an unused state within 30 days for a refund (minus p&p). Items must be returned completely unused and in the original packaging. If the value of the items is over £30.00 then items must be returned and insured at the cost of the customer. If your initial order qualified for free postage (as the order was over £50 in value), and the returned items take the total order value below £50, you will be liable for the normal £4.99 delivery charge. This will be deducted from any refund made.
