Standard delivery options (approx 5 working days)

Small orders, up to £9.99 in value, will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class post and delivery will cost £2.99.

Standard orders, between £10 and £49.99 in value, will be dispatched by DHL courier or Royal Mail (dependant on weight and location) and will cost £4.99.

Large orders, with a value over £50, qualify for free standard delivery via DHL courier or Royal Mail.

Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery, especially in busy periods such as October to December.

Next day delivery options (excluding Saturday delivery)

For small orders, up to £9.99 in value, you can choose next day delivery for £6.99.

For larger orders, with a value of £10 or over, you can choose next day delivery for £9.99.

For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm and the next day postage option chosen at checkout to guarantee next day delivery. If this option is chosen on a Friday (by 2pm), the parcel is guaranteed for Monday not Saturday, although it is possible that it will arrive on Saturday.  For orders placed over the weekend (between Fri 2pm and Mon 2pm), next day orders will be dispatched on Monday and guaranteed for 1pm on the Tuesday.


Addresses outside the UK will incur additional postal charges. Please contact us before placing your order and we will advise you of costs to your country.

All our items are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us in an unused state within 30 days for a refund ( minus p&p). Items must be returned completely unused and in their original packaging where appropriate. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.  If the value of the item(s) being returned is over £42.00 we recommend choosing an insured service (Royal Mail 1st/2nd class post only covers you for loss up to this amount). If your initial order qualified for free postage (as the order was over £50 in value), and the returned items take the total order value below £50, you will be liable for the normal £4.99 delivery charge for the original order. This will be deducted from any refund made.
